When you contact us via the enquiry form, we collect the following data:

• Company (optional)
• Budget range
• Project description
• Project type

This data is used exclusively to process your enquiry and is not passed on to third parties.

Server Logs

When you visit our website, technical access data (IP address, date/time, URL accessed, browser type) are automatically stored in server log files. This data is used to ensure operation and is deleted after 30 days.

Analytics Data

With your consent, we collect anonymised usage data to improve our website (see "Cookies & Analytics").

Hosting

This website is hosted on servers within the European Economic Area (EEA). We use GDPR-compliant infrastructure (e.g. IONOS, Hetzner) and conclude data processing agreements (DPA pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR) with all hosting providers.

This website uses cookies and analytics tools only with your explicit consent. You can make or withdraw your choice at any time via the cookie banner.

Necessary Cookies

The cookie natter_consent stores your consent decision (duration: 1 year). It is technically necessary and does not require consent.

PostHog (Analytics)

With your consent, we use PostHog to analyse user behaviour (e.g. pages visited, click paths, form interactions). PostHog is operated on EU servers (posthog.com/eu). No personal data such as name or email address is collected. Data is stored anonymously. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR.

Google Tag Manager & Google Analytics

With your consent, we use Google Tag Manager (GTM) to manage analytics tags. GTM itself does not set cookies or transfer data without active tags. Google Analytics is integrated via GTM and collects usage data processed on Google's servers.

We use Google Consent Mode v2 to ensure tags are only activated after your consent. Prior to consent, all storage types are set to "denied".

Google LLC is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, meaning data transfers to the US are based on adequate safeguards (Art. 45 GDPR). Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR.

Withdrawing Consent

You can withdraw your consent to analytics at any time by deleting the natter_consent cookie in your browser. The cookie banner will reappear on your next visit.

Retention

Personal data is stored only for as long as necessary to fulfil the respective purpose:

• Enquiry data: until final processing, then deleted or anonymised
• Server logs: max. 30 days
• Analytics data (PostHog): anonymised, without personal attribution
• Analytics data (Google Analytics): 14 months by default
• Consent cookie (natter_consent): 1 year
• Business email correspondence: statutory retention period (10 years)
